  • The account uses ticket data and analysis tools and supports customers through best practices in business intelligence.
  • Our service delivery to customers requires delivering what they expect.
  • Customer Management demonstrates the effective level of interaction through greetings and resolution to call closure, which customers expect from us.
  • CHIP stands for our AI BOT which responds to questions from customers to reduce customer and service delivery time on problem solving. Planting the BOT across the system leads to enhanced customer experiences.
